The University of Potsdam was founded i師線n 1991 and is located車坐 in the historic city of Pots得現dam. It is adjacent to the famous 子醫German palace Sansusici. It is 一都the youngest and most beaut算外iful university in Germa黑站ny. New Palace Comprehensive Campus I: It i了能s the core campus of t厭和he university, adjacent to the一得 Sanssouci Park in Potsdam. Th刀唱e school's largest ladder classroom (Au農秒dimax) is located in this campus. Th場電e symbolic building of the New Pala喝吧ce, "Paternity Palace (French: co月化mmuns)", is now home to several c放化olleges under the School of Philosoph體理y. This is an 18th-ce鐘下ntury Baroque building w門問ith outdoor steps, stone pi市土llar cloisters, circular domes,歌木 and magnificent decor妹議ations. It used to be a place for guest金工s and accommodation in the N飛暗ew Palace, and is now the prin頻能cipal and management inst樹木itution. In addition, the Departmen熱數t of Physical Educat劇短ion, Department of Sports 年弟Medicine and Department of Mathema好城tics are also on the Xing請樂ong campus.

Golm Comprehensive Campus個年 II: Most majors in the School of Mathe體著matics and Natural Scie報微nces and the School o遠就f Anthropology are located on t還聽his campus. They have very moder畫北n and innovative arc女讀hitecture and are one o地坐f the largest science parks in the B土理erlin-Brandenburg region.車黑 Three Max Planck Institute Insti事話tutes and two Fraunhofer I上電nstitute Institutes are分美 also located on this campus. Gribnitz Lake (German: Grieb術化nitzsee) Babesburg Comprehensi學時ve Campus III: Close to the開章 junction of Berlin’s Potsdam and clo農煙se to the historic B南道abesburg Film and Te慢去levision Base. The School of Law, 船土School of Economics, and Sc去年hool of Social Sciences are all locat票樹ed on this campus. The男不 nearby private affiliated resear做也ch institute (German: An-Institut)-厭吃Hassau Plattner Software校木 Research Institute (German: Hasso-Plat事黃tner-Institut), HPI) has c筆話lose cooperation with the college秒線.
City Introduction
Potsdam is the capital of the Ger關外man state of Brandenburg, located i現紙n the southwestern suburb of Berlin, o我舊nly half an hour away from Berlin 資下by high-speed railway.友相 Located on the Havel River, 自物with a population of 140,0廠風00, it was the site of the村和 famous Potsdam Conference at t裡著he end of World War II. The law school curriculum includes a美謝ll the basic and compulsory subj暗內ects required to become a ful上高l judge (German: Volljurist), as well美草 as civil law, criminal law and publ土很ic law.
A national characteristic major o西城f the Faculty of Law is the “German-購也French Law Major” established in co票作operation with the Tenth University 技民of Paris in La Defense, Paris, F金我rance. This major not on件大ly provides exchange 小小programs, but also provides students w用嗎ith the opportunity to learn 信報French law in the fir來空st and second academic year那門s. School of Philosophy:
